By accessing or using CraftWins (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

CraftWins is an AI-powered tool that helps designers and product professionals turn their work into polished portfolio case studies. You can submit text notes, voice recordings, and uploaded files, and our system generates structured case study content on your behalf.

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Case study generation consumes credits associated with your account. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs, add credit tiers, or modify the credit system with reasonable notice. Credits granted as part of a free plan or promotional offer may expire.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant CraftWins a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that content solely for the purpose of generating your case study.

The case study content generated by the Service is made available to you for your personal and professional use. CraftWins retains all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and proprietary AI systems.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftWins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
